How To Select Induction Power Supply For Metal Melting

Oscillation Frequency:

According to the different application, we must check the different oscillation frequency to choose the right induction power supply.

When the frequency is higher, the heating speed is higher, but the heating depth is shallow;
When the frequency is lower, the heating speed is lower, but the heating depth is deeper, or through heated.
Thus melting application always require medium frequency, and for other heating treatment, the selection of frequency always depends on the heating depth requirements, to achieve a best heating result.

Input Power:

The heating speed, or efficiency depends on the wattage of the induction power supply, so please select the suitable wattage according to the particular speed requirements.
